2. Data we collect

Only what you provide through the contact form: name, company, email and a description of your query. Browsing also generates analytics data (see the cookie policy), collected only with your consent.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to respond to your assessment or information request. The legal basis is your consent, given when submitting the form. We never use your data to train third-party AI models, nor do we sell or share it for commercial purposes.

4. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your query and any resulting business relationship, and delete it when no longer necessary.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@interinnova.com. If you believe processing does not comply with the law, you may complain to the competent supervisory authority.

6. Applicable regulations

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for EU users and Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 for Argentine users.

7. Processors

To provide the service we use form-delivery and analytics providers (Google Tag Manager / GA4), which process data on Interinnova’s behalf under their own data processing agreements.
